At A Downtown Dental Group, I want to assure you that our office has even further heightened our already rigid sterilization safeguards, office cleaning standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize the possibility of transmission to you, our wonderful patients and to our outstanding team. We have exceeded all standards for sterilization and patient care, for your protection.

Our first priority is always your health and well-being. That is a priority we take extremely seriously, even with the current disruptions we’re all experiencing. Your dental health remains important to us, because it plays such an important role in your overall health.

When you visit our office, you’ll see we’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure you have the best patient experience possible. For everyone’s safety, if you are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to our office and call us to reschedule your appointment. If we see symptoms in our patients, or our team, we will reschedule the appointment on the spot and make sure affected staff members are isolated and self-quarantined.

It is just one more way that we can show our high level of care for you… and for everyone in our community. We very much look forward to seeing you, your family, and your friends very soon, when everything is better.
